Description
The multiple elections have brought home migrant workers early this season. Around 50 per cent of workers who migrated to other parts of the State of Andhra Pradesh have started returning in the past few days. The migration of workers in a large number was reported from Aluru, Adoni, Pathikonda, Kodumur and Panyam constituencies. Despite the efforts of the officials to provide employment through NREGS and other methods, the exodus of workers continued every year.
